The Old Testament People were firm in their commitment to Justice, and the Scales of Justice in this window is like a Badge of Honor. The Pen and Quill remind us of their Sacred Scriptures. See also the Deer and her Young, recalling Eden and Perfection from which all humanity has fallen. As strong as their sense of Justice was, so was their confidence in the coming of a Saviour. Their story has a major thrust with Father Abraham (shown), then Moses the Deliverer and David the Great King; also Ezra the Scribe and Renewal Leader. Look closely at and through this window and find the many threads of life which weave the Fabric of Faith. All those threads interlace. Justice and Salvation are set forth in this window as the Chief Interfacings of God's actions for and through the human race. The entire Old Testament feeds into what we call The New Testament.
